About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship focused on the logistics industry and sales development. You will work alongside the sales team to learn the full cycle of business development. You will be paired with a mentor to guide your progress throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Prospect and build a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound phone calls.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs.
- Deliver demos, navigate objections, negotiate pricing, and close new business.
- Manage opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Use Echo sales tools and AI technology to drive efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior.
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship ends.
- Ability to start on May 24, 2027.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or Logistics.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Dallas, Texas.
- You must be able to work in the office 4 days per week, with 1 day of hybrid work.
- This is a full-time summer 2027 internship.
