About the role#
We are looking for medical professionals to act as Evaluator Subject Matter Experts for an AI platform. This tool supports students during their pre-clinical years and USMLE Step 1 and COMLEX preparation. You will work remotely on a contract basis, committing 5 to 15 hours per week during active evaluation periods. The project runs from November 2025 through December 2026.
What you'll do#
- Assess AI-generated responses covering basic science topics and medical school curricula.
- Rate content based on accuracy, completeness, relevance, and educational utility.
- Provide feedback to ensure content meets the needs of first and second-year medical students.
- Complete asynchronous evaluations within deadlines ranging from 5 days to 2 weeks.
- Participate in quarterly evaluation cycles and occasional ad-hoc assessments.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current PGY-1 resident in a US medical residency program or a fourth-year medical student from an ACGME-accredited school.
- If you are a medical student, you must have passed USMLE Steps 1 and 2.
- Strong understanding of medical education pedagogy and learning outcomes.
- Prior experience in medical education content review is preferred.

- This is a remote role for candidates based in the United States.
- Compensation is $60 per hour.
- Employment is managed through a third-party contracting agency.
