About the role#
As a Marketing Intern at Emerson, you will join our team to support daily marketing activities. You will work across content creation, digital execution, and campaign development. This position provides exposure to brand management, digital analytics, social media, and event planning while you collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of strategic campaigns by networking with cross-functional teams to align messaging and goals.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating assets and timelines.
- Help define audience segmentation, lead scoring models, and campaign schedules.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend process improvements using tools like Excel or Power BI.
- Prepare detailed marketing reports by collecting and summarizing performance metrics to help guide future strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Prior internship experience.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
- The role is based in Chanhassen, MN or Shakopee, MN.
- This position follows a rolling term.
