About the role#
Join the Networks Domain Product Sales Support team in Plano. You will work alongside sales engineers to translate customer needs into cellular and radio access network solutions. This internship offers experience in technical solution development, proposal support, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with sales, engineering, and product management teams to prepare materials for customers.
What you'll do#
- Support the preparation of RFx responses, tenders, presentations, and proposals.
- Research cellular technologies, network architectures, and industry standards.
- Review customer requirements and map them to cellular and RAN products.
- Assist in developing bills of materials, solution configurations, and network design inputs.
- Collaborate with sales, Customer Solution Responsible teams, and engineering stakeholders.
- Participate in discussions regarding network performance, capacity, and coverage.
- Document technical decisions and findings clearly.
- Help organize technical and commercial information for business cases.
- Support customer trials, demonstrations, and solution readiness activities.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in computer science, engineering, telecommunications, information technology, or a related field.
- Full-time student status at an accredited 4-year college or university.
- A minimum GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Curiosity regarding AI and AI-assisted tools.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).
