About the role#
We are looking for a Summer Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing and provides an opportunity to contribute to various campaigns and initiatives. This is an unpaid internship.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new campaign ideas.
- Research target audience demographics and market trends to support our strategy.
- Create content for social media, blog articles, website copy, and email newsletters.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to messages.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
- Assist with digital marketing execution, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing tasks.
- Support cross-functional projects with the design, sales, and product development teams.
- Handle administrative duties such as organizing files and updating databases.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in marketing, business, or communications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems is desirable.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
