About the role#
This is a summer internship for students interested in a career in Construction Project Management. You will work directly with a project team to gain hands-on experience through project phases ranging from pre-construction to closeout.
What you'll do#
- Perform quantity takeoffs and maintain material logs.
- Assist with subcontractor solicitation.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, correspondence, and change orders.
- Track the status of Requests for Information.
- Review shop drawings and submittals to determine their suitability.
- Support field coordination and supervision.
- Collect, verify, and distribute as-builts and close-out documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction software including Blue Beam, Revit, and Procore.
- Experience with standard computer applications for spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Compensation: $22 - $24 per hour.
