About the role#
The Strategy and Operating Services (SOS) team within the Executive Office works with senior leadership to develop and communicate organizational strategic priorities. The team drives transparency in strategic and operating management to support the execution of the Bank’s strategic plan. This is a 10-week, full-time paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the SOS team on deliverables that support the implementation of Bank Strategic Priorities.
- Engage in strategic planning tasks including research, content development, and management reporting.
- Aggregate and synthesize information from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Assist with special projects to gain exposure to Bank-wide processes, products, and staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program with an expected graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Operations Management.
- Analytical skills with the ability to gather information, test hypotheses, and build a narrative.
- Experience delivering successful project outcomes while working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills and a customer-service mindset.
