About the role#
This is a 4-month internship within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team at RBC. You will work with a global group managing a portfolio of 24 million square feet across 2,300 locations. This role involves supporting strategic initiatives, working alongside senior leadership, and gaining experience in enterprise solutions. The term runs from January 2027 to April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic initiatives in an analyst capacity, including business case development and opportunity assessment.
- Conduct research on best practices and provide analytics support.
- Collaborate across CRE teams to gather information and frame projects.
- Develop content for internal and external communication channels.
- Assist with leadership communications and change management initiatives.
- Execute tactical plans for enterprise-wide signature initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business Administration program or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems efficiently.
- A collaborative mindset and a strong desire to learn.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Keen attention to detail and project management capabilities.
- Technical and data analytics acumen.
- A background in CRE is an asset.
- A demonstrated record of academic success and extracurricular involvement.
