About the role#
This full-time internship introduces students to the client-focused environment of Wealth Management at Scotiabank. You will gain hands-on experience and contribute to the business through roles in areas such as product strategy, business analysis, and project management. This position runs from January to April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development of projects and key initiatives.
- Contribute to reporting and project enhancement recommendations.
- Manage the development and implementation of program enhancements.
- Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create presentation and support materials.
- Draft, document, and review project communications.
- Write policies and procedures for project rollouts.
- Act as general business support across cross-functional projects.
- Continually acquire and enhance knowledge of business strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with a creative approach to drafting proposals and decks.
- Participation in extracurricular activities like clubs, conferences, or competitions.
- An interest in innovation and emerging industry trends.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January to April).
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
