About the role#
Fischer Homes offers a full-time internship for the Summer 2027 term in Columbus, Ohio. This role provides hands-on training where you work alongside an Elite Coach to learn the new home sales process. You will gain experience in a supportive environment while working directly with home buyers. Please note that this position requires working weekends with two consistent weekdays off.
What you'll do#
- Learn the Fischer Homes sales process by shadowing an Elite Coach.
- Complete Sales eLearning courses and a full practice demonstration.
- Research competitors to identify unique selling features.
- Help coordinate community and Realtor events.
- Conduct prospecting calls alongside your coach.
- Ensure communities, models, and market homes are ready for customers.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Ability to work as a self-starter.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

- Physical requirements include the ability to walk on uneven terrain, climb stairs or ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. You may be exposed to various weather conditions and construction site environments, requiring the use of protective gear like hard hats and steel-toed shoes.
