About the role#
This 12-week internship provides exposure to Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity within the financial services industry. You will work under the guidance of team leadership to gain hands-on experience and industry knowledge. This program includes educational workshops, networking events, and community outreach.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the Business Continuity Program.
- Identify, develop, and implement process and system enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Support the second line of defense by helping ensure processes comply with regulations and guidance.
- Conduct research and analysis regarding business impacts, risk assessments, and continuity testing.
- Participate in corporate internship program activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program for Business, Public Administration, Emergency Management, or Business Continuity, or recent graduation in these fields.
- An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher after your sophomore year.
- Leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a professional environment.
- Unrestricted work authorization.
