About the role#
As a Social Media Intern, you will shape our presence on TikTok. You will use your creativity and knowledge of digital trends to build content that connects with our audience. You will contribute to our growth while gaining hands-on experience and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Develop and execute TikTok strategies and create original videos that fit our brand.
- Stay current on TikTok trends, hashtags, and challenges.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and managing live sessions.
- Work with the marketing team to integrate TikTok efforts into broader campaigns.
- Partner with influencers and other content creators.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth and engagement.
- Build relationships with local partners and coordinate brand events.
- Use Claude to assist with research, data synthesis, and content creation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate, Masters, or MBA program.
- Ability to manage academic and extracurricular commitments.
- Familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Experience creating video content using mobile editing tools.
- Comfort appearing on camera and interacting with consumers in person.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.
- Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
