About the role#
The Science & Innovation Intern will join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will support product development by researching market trends, coordinating with external partners, and managing documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in the wellness industry and requires a candidate who is organized, strategic, and detail-oriented.
What you'll do#
- Identify market trends to help create new products.
- Conduct competitive analyses using various data sources.
- Collect, organize, and review documentation for product development and compliance.
- Assist with in-office product sampling, collect user feedback, and share findings.
- Partner with manufacturing partners, ingredient suppliers, and internal teams.
- Source, read, and interpret clinical research to support product claims.
- Maintain organized scientific files and assist with product registration dossiers for international partners.
- Use Claude to support team priorities, build workflows, and automate tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time undergraduate, Masters, or MBA program.
- Ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments.
- Experience conducting market research and analyzing qualitative or quantitative data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization.
- Strong work ethic with a performance-focused and results-oriented mindset.
- Ownership mentality, self-motivation, and ambition.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Experience reading and interpreting scientific research is recommended.
