    About the role#

    As a Content Ambassador, you will help future students learn about life at Franklin Pierce University. You will share your personal perspective on academics, campus culture, and student organizations to help incoming students feel welcome. This role involves building an inclusive digital space where prospective students can ask questions and get real insights into the university experience.

    What you'll do#

    • Engage in one-on-one chats with prospective students using the Unibuddy platform.
    • Participate in Unibuddy Community group discussions by answering questions and welcoming new members.
    • Create and post content regularly, aiming for 3 to 7 posts per week.
    • Help the team plan and develop new content to encourage student engagement.
    • Monitor group activity to ensure a positive and welcoming environment.
    • Represent your major and your personal campus activities in a genuine way.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be a current undergraduate student at Franklin Pierce University.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • A dependable and enthusiastic approach to helping others.
    • Good attention to detail and a creative mindset.
    • Access to a mobile phone and a computer.

    Location & details#

    • This position is located in Rindge, New Hampshire.
    • The work is on-site.
    • This is a paid position.
    • The term is rolling, with the ability to work over academic breaks.
