About the role#
FTI is hiring interns for the summer of 2027 based in Olathe, Kansas. This is a full-time, paid internship. You will work on-site, and specific duties depend on staff augmentation needs at the time of your placement.
What you'll do#
Your daily tasks will vary based on the requirements of your specific role. You will perform assigned duties as needed to support your team and project goals. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, between 6 am and 6 pm, though hours may change based on customer demands including potential nights, weekends, or holidays.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited institution.
- Progress toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- No previous work experience is required.
- Academic projects or coursework in construction or project management are helpful.

This position is located in Olathe, Kansas. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug test. Please note that FTI does not provide sponsorship for this position.
