About the role#
The Summer Analyst program provides an inside look at Buy-Side, Sell-Side, and Capital Markets processes. You will work on deal teams and receive coaching while contributing to live projects and client initiatives. This role is a full-time, paid internship running from June 7th through August 13th, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Perform market research for Buy-Side, Sell-Side, and Capital Markets transactions.
- Assist in creating comparative valuation methodologies, including comparable analysis and market sizing.
- Draft pitch materials and transaction marketing deliverables.
- Analyze M&A market trends and produce industry-specific research.
- Engage with existing and prospective clients.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year academic institution as a rising junior, graduating in 2028.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Prior professional experience or internship in finance, economics, engineering, or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Majors in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
Location & details#
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in-office Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays).
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
