About the role#
The Tutoring Fellow program offers recent college graduates the chance to support high school students and their families through the college admissions process. Fellows spend roughly half of their time working directly with students in one-on-one sessions. The remaining time is spent supporting organizational projects.
What you'll do#
- Provide tutoring, coaching, and mentoring to students.
- Teach content and strategies for standardized admissions exams like the ACT and SAT.
- Help students build executive functioning and study skills.
- Assist Directors with curriculum research and resource development.
- Facilitate community partnerships and engagement.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor's degree from a selective college or university.
- A score at or above the 95th percentile on the ACT or SAT.
- Previous experience in education, such as tutoring, teaching, or camp counseling.
- Ability to commit to the full 2026-27 school year.
