About the role#
The Super Cruise Monetization team is looking for an analytical intern to help develop retail subscription sales strategies for advanced driver assistance technology. This project-based role focuses on customer research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support the growth of subscription-based automotive technology.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze sales data to identify customer purchase behavior.
- Use Databricks to process historical data, identify price sensitivities, and evaluate market trends.
- Gather and synthesize qualitative insights through focus groups.
- Build and maintain working relationships with internal partners.
- Collaborate with OnStar channel partners to evaluate the feasibility of new strategies across customer touchpoints.
- Organize findings from multiple data sources into a cohesive story.
- Support the development of a sales strategy recommendation for retail subscriptions.
- Present research findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Automotive, Data Sciences, or Engineering.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Experience with SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the automotive industry, specifically in sales, marketing, strategy, or analytics.
- Ability to generate and present information from multiple data sources clearly.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strategic thinking skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools.
Location & details#
- Location: Warren, Michigan.
- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks, 40 hours per week).
- Start dates: May 24, 2027, or June 14, 2027.
- Work modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week at the Global Technical Center.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
