    About the role#

    This internship program is designed for students pursuing degrees in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or mathematics. Over the course of 10 to 12 weeks in the summer of 2027, you will gain hands-on experience by working with finance leaders. You may rotate through departments such as financial planning and analysis, controllership, accounting, reporting, and investments. This program aims to build your technical and interpersonal skills, and successful interns who are rising seniors may be considered for full-time roles in our Finance Development Program.

    • Build a professional network of peers and mentors.
    • Attend on-site technical and professional development classes.
    • Take part in sponsored community service events.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
    • Strong interest in a career within finance, accounting, or investments.
    • Proven initiative, leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
    • Clear oral and written communication abilities.

    Location & details#

    • This is a hybrid position based in Richmond, Virginia.
    • The internship takes place during the summer of 2027.
    • This role is paid and full-time.
    • We do not provide sponsorship for employment authorization for this position.
