About the role#
As an Electrical and Controls Engineering Intern, you will work alongside a group of experienced engineering professionals. You will receive mentorship while taking on challenging tasks. This internship lasts for 11 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Engage in design, installation, and project engineering tasks.
- Learn from experienced engineers through daily collaboration.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Experience or knowledge of PLC and HMI programming, preferably with Allen Bradley systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, or ProfiNet.
- Ability to travel to job sites for extended periods.

- This position is located in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship.
