About the role#
We are looking for an Environmental Engineering Intern to join our Water team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside project engineers and managers to help plan, design, and manage construction for various water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects for municipal and private clients.
What you'll do#
- Conduct field investigations and construction inspections.
- Perform engineering studies and prepare comparative engineering and economic evaluations.
- Collect and compile project data.
- Assist with CADD drawings and create facility layouts.
- Conduct cost estimates and design calculations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program for Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- A solid understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.

- This is an on-site position based in Buffalo, New York.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
