About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to high-priority strategic initiatives within the Global Commercial Strategy organization. You will gain exposure to how strategic decisions are made to support future therapies and business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Commercial, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic initiatives that help shape future pipeline, portfolio, and franchise priorities.
- Assist with the development of leadership presentations, strategic recommendations, and executive communications.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support planning, coordination, and execution of key business initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic planning by synthesizing information, identifying key considerations, and supporting decision-making discussions.
- Assist with project management activities, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Support workshops, working sessions, and leadership meetings by developing materials and summarizing outcomes.
- Present your work at the conclusion of your internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in a nationally accredited U.S. college or university.
- Continued full-time enrollment in the Fall semester following the internship.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-12 week internship between May and August.
- Independent authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong written, verbal, and project management skills.
- Ability to organize and synthesize complex information into clear messages.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Preferred degrees include MBA, MPH, MS, or MEng in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Public Health, or Business.
