About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects within the CFO IT organization. You will gain experience in a professional setting while working on data and AI solutions. The program includes professional development, leadership presentations, and networking opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Design and build a proof-of-concept data or AI solution, such as an AI agent, chat-based assistant, or automation workflow.
- Develop and document data pipelines, prompts, or evaluation notebooks.
- Assist with data profiling, cleansing, and metadata enrichment, including tagging and quality rule validation.
- Build lightweight evaluation and testing artifacts to measure prototype performance.
- Research and summarize emerging tools, frameworks, or vendor capabilities.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Deliver a final demo, technical handoff documentation, and a final presentation.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Continued full-time enrollment in the Fall semester following the internship.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-12 week internship between May and August.
- Independent work authorization in the United States now and in the future without need for sponsorship.
- Minimum age of 18 at the start of the internship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
