About the role#
The Kite Development internship is a full-time, 10 to 12-week program running from May to August 2027. This role focuses on Quality Systems, Compliance, Audits, and Vendor Quality within our clinical trial operations. You will contribute to meaningful projects while gaining experience in the biotechnology field.
What you'll do#
- Perform data trending and gap analysis for study and portfolio datasets.
- Assist in the creation of AI agents.
- Support GCP inspection preparation activities.
- Contribute to quality metrics and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop tools and templates to support quality culture within clinical trials.
- Foster relationships between quality personnel and attend team meetings.
- Manage administrative tasks as needed.
- Present your work at the conclusion of your internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program at a nationally accredited U.S. university.
- Intention to maintain full-time enrollment in the Fall semester following the internship.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be independently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a hybrid position based in Santa Monica, California.
- You must be willing to work on-site for the duration of the internship.
- This is a paid internship.
