About the role#
As an intern in Legal & Compliance, you will support the Corporate Responsibility team in its philanthropic and community engagement efforts. This role involves managing grant operations, analyzing data, and contributing to internal and external communications. You will also lead a capstone project and present your findings at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Review final impact and budget reports from sponsorship and grant recipients.
- Identify storytelling opportunities and create content for grant initiatives.
- Assist with grant making operations, including application reviews and supplier setup.
- Analyze giving and grant data to create reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the online document repository and filing system.
- Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups and support employee giving and volunteering programs.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Lead a capstone project focused on corporate philanthropy, employee engagement, or nonprofit partnerships.
- Deliver a final presentation of your work near the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program, with continued enrollment in the following Fall semester.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to commit to a 10-12 week full-time internship between May and August.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be independently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
