About the role#
As an AI, Data & Technology Intern, you will perform advisory and implementation services to help client organizations meet their business needs. You will work within our AI, Data & Technology practice to build solutions and gain experience in how large organizations function from an operational and technology perspective.
What you'll do#
- Assist in building high-value solutions that leverage AI engineering, data engineering, and data science.
- Support proposal development and client presentations by performing research and preparing materials.
- Conduct assessments of client technology environments against industry best practices and maturity models.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to synthesize findings into meaningful insights.
- Contribute to recommendations and implementation roadmaps that address specific client objectives.
- Collaborate with team members across engagements to support solution design and implementation planning.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week).
- Compensation: $37 per hour.
