About the role#
As an Operations Transformation Intern, you will assist clients in developing and implementing operations modernization and improvement initiatives. You will work within the Operations Transformation Practice to help clients achieve their business vision while gaining experience in a professional services environment.
What you'll do#
- Aid cross-functional teams in the delivery of major transformation initiatives, including operational efficiency programs.
- Create, interpret, and transform data and analytics into actionable performance insights.
- Manage and minimize engagement delivery risk by proactively identifying issues and recommending courses of remediation.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Maintain working relationships with clients and team members to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, or operational assessments through coursework, projects, or previous internships.
- Proven ability to work in teams and deliver against tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a firm office or client site).
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
