About the role#
As a Technology Transformation Intern, you will join an engagement team to support client projects. You will work alongside senior executives and peers to address business needs, learn new skillsets, and build professional relationships within the firm.
What you'll do#
- Perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs across client organizations.
- Assist leadership with proposal development and presentations.
- Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to synthesize output.
- Identify opportunities for change by analyzing client-specific capabilities, technologies, and processes.
- Build and analyze financial models and complex budgets.
- Contribute to the development of client deliverables.
- Participate in team-building exercises, office community activities, and professional development discussions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI tools.
- Ability to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
