About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for the 2027 season. You will join our operations to assist in the maintenance and restoration of coastal assets, including harbors, waterways, and beaches. This role provides hands-on experience with our dredging equipment and marine infrastructure projects.
What you'll do#
- Prioritize safety in all work environments and daily tasks.
- Conduct land and hydrographic surveying for construction management.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on dredge production.
- Complete daily dredge and quality control reports.
- Provide general support to the operations team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a senior in a relevant engineering or construction management program.
- Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Ability to work 8 to 12 hours per day.
- Availability to work a 7-day per week schedule.
Location & details#
This position is on-site. We operate across various project sites in the United States, including locations in Illinois, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, and Virginia. The internship runs from May through August 2027.
