About the role#
GreenLight.ai is looking for a program operator to help run and scale student community efforts across the Americas. You will own the systems and operating rhythms that keep the program moving. This role requires you to create structure from ambiguity, manage complex details, and move between program operations, regional coordination, and direct student support. You will be responsible for coordinating execution across North America and Latin America while identifying and resolving gaps as the program grows.
What you'll do#
- Run day-to-day program operations across recruitment, candidate review, onboarding, student support, and activations.
- Build, maintain, and improve Airtable and other source-of-truth systems for student recruitment and reporting.
- Own dashboards and weekly reporting that show program progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Experience, Localization, Editorial, and Strategy & Ops.
- Partner with community managers to capture student needs, product feedback, and emerging regional trends.
What you'll need#
- 5+ years of experience in program management, community operations, field marketing, campus programs, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable, CRM, project management, or workflow systems.
- Strong written communication skills for updates, recaps, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
- Deep curiosity and fluency with AI tools including ChatGPT and creative AI tools.
- Background in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or Media Studies.
