About the role#
As a Material Analyst Intern, you will support aircraft production by managing material flow and inventory accuracy. You will work alongside teams in Materials, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure production goals are met. This role requires on-site presence in Savannah, Georgia, for the Spring 2027 semester.
What you'll do#
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, and manufacturing teams.
- Analyze inventory levels, work-in-progress, and material shortages to identify risks.
- Review and maintain planning data within MRP/ERP systems.
- Investigate material discrepancies, quality concerns, and inventory variances.
- Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, or Logistics.
- Completion of sophomore year prior to the start date.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which must be listed on your resume.
- Ability to work on-site in Savannah, GA, during the Spring 2027 semester.
