About the role#
The Completions Mechanical Engineering team in Appleton, Wisconsin, is seeking students for a Summer 2027 internship. You will work within the Completions Structural Engineering group to support the outfitting of new Gulfstream business aircraft.
What you'll do#
- Perform mechanical engineering design, modeling, and drafting of interior furnishings.
- Design and model wire harnesses for new and derivative aircraft interiors.
- Complete other engineering duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Completion of your sophomore year prior to the internship start date.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which must be listed on your resume.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
