About the role#
Join the Electronic Systems Engineering organization as a Collegiate Intern. You will work with engineers responsible for securing aircraft systems throughout the product development lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with systems, software, avionics, and certification teams to identify cybersecurity risks and develop mitigations for modern, integrated aircraft.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to engineering activities supporting cyber risk assessments and threat modeling.
- Assist with the analysis of aircraft networks, software-enabled systems, and data flows.
- Develop security requirements and perform security architecture evaluations.
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments and automation scripting.
- Support engineering documentation and participate in cross-functional design reviews.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Completion of sophomore year required prior to the start date.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to work on-site in Savannah, GA.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
