About the role#
The Brand and Event Intern supports the execution of brand campaigns, in-store activations, and experiential marketing initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Creative, PR, and Merchandising, to help bring brand initiatives to life. This is a part-time role based in our central office.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of brand and event strategies, including seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics such as timelines, materials, invitations, and guest tracking.
- Develop briefing documents, presentations, and internal communications.
- Research competitors, partnerships, and experiential trends to support campaign development.
- Prepare signage, event assets, and experience touchpoints.
- Track campaign timelines and maintain marketing calendars.
- Assist with post-event recaps and feedback collection.
- Provide on-site support during events and brand experiences.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business, Marketing, Communications, Event, Fashion, or related program with a formal internship or co-op requirement.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with Asana is an asset.
- A genuine interest in experiential marketing, retail environments, and brand strategy.
- Knowledge of the fashion or retail industry is an asset.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week.
