About the role#
Hayes Performance Systems is hiring a Test Engineering Intern to join our engineering team in Mequon. You will work directly with our engineers and technicians to support product testing and design validation. This role offers hands-on experience with real products and engineering challenges before they move into production.
What you'll do#
- Help set up and run product tests in the lab.
- Record test procedures, results, photos, and videos.
- Turn findings into clear reports, graphs, and tables.
- Support design validation and performance testing.
- Assist with troubleshooting and test improvements.
- Share observations with the engineering team to help refine our testing processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer.
- Comfort using Word and Excel.
- Interest in lab work, testing, or CAD.
- Ability to commute to our Mequon, Wisconsin location.
