    About the role#

    As a Structural Intern, you will work with our structural team to support engineering calculations, analysis, and drafting across multiple projects. You will review construction submittals to ensure they match project documents and participate in site visits to prepare observation reports. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role with a rolling term.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the structural team with engineering calculations, analysis, and drafting.
    • Review construction submittals for conformance with project construction documents.
    • Participate in site visits and prepare site observation reports.
    • Perform other project-related duties as needed.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
    • Completion of at least two years toward a Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering degree with a 3.0+ GPA.
    • Experience with Revit and structural analysis software.
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with an eye for detail.
    • A commitment to participating in our employee-owned culture.
    • Previous internship experience in structural engineering is preferred.
