About the role#
As a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience by working on mechanical systems, components, and assemblies. You will work alongside experienced engineers to address real-world technical challenges and develop your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies.
- Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems.
- Participate in testing and validation activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Must continue enrollment in your degree program after the internship ends.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
