    About the role#

    Hubbell is looking for an Engineering Co-Op to join our team in Wadsworth, Ohio. You will work at our Metal Oxide Varistor manufacturing plant during the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position that offers hands-on experience with manufacturing support systems and engineering documentation.

    What you'll do#

    • Organize and standardize a spare parts inventory system by updating part numbers and creating work instructions.
    • Revise facility AutoCAD drawings to support utility management.
    • Develop value stream maps to find bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities.
    • Work with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to collect project feedback.
    • Assist with various engineering and continuous improvement projects.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Industrial Engineering or a related field.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
    • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
