    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Reading, Pennsylvania. You will work on-site to help optimize our cabinet testing process, specifically focusing on reducing cycle times for production and Factory Acceptance Testing. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously and presenting your findings to the local management team at the end of the program.

    What you'll do#

    • Create a roadmap to optimize the cabinet testing process.
    • Analyze common testing faults to improve diagnostic and resolution methods.
    • Identify process efficiencies and develop standardized documentation for troubleshooting.
    • Balance multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
    • Present project outcomes to the local management team.

    What you'll need#

    • Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

    • Location: Reading, Pennsylvania.
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, based on academic standing and expected graduation date.
