About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12-week program focused on Hubbell's AI Finance Transformation efforts. You will help identify, evaluate, and prioritize ways to apply AI across various finance functions. This role involves assessing current processes, researching enterprise AI capabilities, and developing business cases to guide future adoption and pilot initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Create dashboards and executive presentations.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to value-added projects alongside team members.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Provide support and assistance to co-workers.
- Deliver a final presentation to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, depending on academic standing and expected graduation date.
