About the role#
Huntington National Bank offers a Summer 2027 internship within the Insurance division. This program provides students with hands-on experience in risk management and insurance solutions. Interns work alongside experienced professionals to learn how businesses and individuals protect their assets and manage financial goals. This is a full-time, paid position that operates on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate directly with your manager on daily tasks.
- Support department initiatives and organizational projects.
- Conduct policy and coverage analysis, market research, and prepare client presentations.
- Provide recommendations to improve departmental processes.
- Participate in all Huntington internship events and developmental activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university, with at least one academic term remaining after the summer program.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through work experience or extracurricular activities.
- Relevant coursework in fields such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Communications.
