About the role#
Huntsman Corporation is hiring an Electrical Engineering Intern to support our manufacturing and technology operations. This position offers hands-on experience with electrical reliability, power distribution, and process control systems. You will work alongside our engineering teams to solve real technical challenges and contribute to our ongoing manufacturing projects.
What you'll do#
- Support electrical reliability and maintenance initiatives.
- Assist with projects focused on power distribution and motor control systems.
- Participate in troubleshooting for instrumentation and process control.
- Help with automation and digitalization efforts.
- Analyze equipment performance and system reliability.
- Update electrical documentation and drawings.
- Participate in safety and compliance reviews.
- Support continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Electrical Engineering.
- Standing as a sophomore, junior, senior, or master's student.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, or controls.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Location: The Woodlands, Texas.
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- The term is rolling.
