About the role#
This is a paid, full-time production internship at HUSH in Brooklyn. You will support our project teams and studio operations to keep work moving efficiently. This role is a starting point for those interested in future careers as Production Coordinators or Project Managers.
What you'll do#
Your primary focus is keeping our production studio organized and helping project managers with daily tasks. You will manage freelancer contracts, track project budgets and invoices, and coordinate travel or accommodations for the team. You will also help set up kickoff meetings and project reviews.
On the office side, you will be the point person for daily operations. This includes opening and closing the studio, welcoming guests, managing shipping and receiving, and ordering supplies. You will also help plan team outings and coordinate internal meetings.
What you'll need#
We look for individuals with strong organizational and time management skills. You should be comfortable communicating with both internal staff and external vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workplace, and Mac OS
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Outgoing and inquisitive personality
- Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or Psychology
Location & details#
This position is based on-site at our Brooklyn studio. You will be expected to work in the office 3 to 5 days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with additional days as needed. This is a rolling internship.
