About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work on semiconductor engineering projects. You will join a team focused on developing solutions for power systems. The position is full-time and based on-site in Andover, Massachusetts.
What you'll do#
- Learn and use commercially available TCAD simulators for semiconductor analysis.
- Contribute to developing TCAD modeling approaches for transient and radiation effect analysis in Si and GaN devices.
- Assist in creating predictive models for integrated Si power FETs to enable accurate simulation of Single-Event Effects.
- Support the development of compact Spice models for Si and GaN discrete products.
- Collaborate with team members to develop engineering solutions.
What you'll need#
- You are actively pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You are building expertise in semiconductor device physics.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are self-driven and work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with TCAD device simulation is a plus.
- You must be a US citizen or green card holder to comply with US export control laws.

- Compensation: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour, depending on your level of education.
