About the role#
The Software Developer Co-op writes front-end and back-end code that powers ITRG products. You will work directly with a product development team to contribute to production code while learning from Senior Developers to build your technical and professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Write and test code using Ruby on Rails.
- Join sprint and feature planning sessions.
- Analyze product vendor requirements to help design technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to keep code clean, maintainable, and up to standard.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a College Diploma or University Degree program with an active co-op component in Ontario.
- Some programming experience from academic, personal, or hobby projects.
- Ability to program in at least one language.
- Basic familiarity with web development concepts and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively within project teams.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January to April).
- Modality: Remote or Hybrid based in London or Toronto, Ontario.
- Status: Full-time and paid.
