About the role#
As a Co-op Quality Assurance Analyst, you will plan and execute test suites for various products within our Agile development process. You will work on our enterprise software review site, policy management applications, and research content platforms. This is a paid, full-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Ensure testing activities meet business requirements and system goals.
- Evaluate, plan, design, and deploy test strategies, plans, and cases for new and existing applications.
- Perform functional, regression, system integration, back-end database validation, mobile, cross-browser, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Work with software developers to address bugs and deficiencies.
- Analyze test results to resolve defects, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
- Create reports and documentation for all test efforts, data, and tracking.
- Share knowledge of application testing best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a College Diploma or University Degree program and eligibility for a co-op placement.
- Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical systems and concepts.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- A self-directed and diligent approach to work.
