About the role#
Ithaca College is hiring a Teaching Assistant for the ENVS Bees course. This position supports instructors with administrative tasks and helps students succeed in their coursework. You will work directly with the professor and the lead TA to ensure lab sessions and class activities run smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Purchase and organize materials for lab sessions.
- Drive college vehicles for class field trips.
- Assist the professor and lead TA with coursework implementation.
- Provide support to students enrolled in the class.
What you'll need#
- Experience in educational support roles.
- Familiarity with laboratory materials.
- Ability to drive class field trip vehicles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Current enrollment in a major such as Environmental Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
