About the role#
The Center for Theatre and Dance at Ithaca College is hiring a Summer Maintenance Crew member. This position involves maintaining shop facilities and managing production inventory. You will work under the supervision of faculty and staff members to ensure spaces and equipment are ready for the upcoming term.
What you'll do#
- Clean, inventory, and maintain shop facilities and equipment.
- Assist with the management of production inventory and spaces.
- Run errands using the department van if you are 21 or older.
What you'll need#
- Prior experience in theatrical costumes, props, lighting, sound, or scenery.
- Ability to maintain shop facilities and equipment.
- Familiarity with production inventory management.
- Eligibility for early arrival housing check-in.
Location & details#
- Location: Ithaca, New York.
- Term: Summer 2026 (August 17-21, 2026).
- Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7.5 hours per day.
- Compensation: $16.15 per hour.
- This is a full-time, on-site role.
