About the role#
The Unity Center is looking for a Program Assistant to support the Epsilon Sigma Chapter of Alpha Alpha Alpha (Tri-Alpha). This role helps sustain the chapter by supporting programming, member engagement, and the recognition of first-generation student success. You will work within the First-Generation Programs team to foster community and ensure students feel supported.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning and executing Tri-Alpha induction ceremonies.
- Support outreach and marketing efforts to increase visibility for Tri-Alpha.
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly social or educational workshops.
- Maintain and update a database of inducted members.
- Help document events and track participation for program assessment.
- Support the identification and onboarding of new eligible students.
