About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the Capital Markets group at JLL. You will work alongside analysts to support real estate investments and acquisitions. This role is based in Atlanta and runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Write market research by analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support valuations for current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist with the transaction due diligence process.
- Design marketing materials like teasers and offering memorandums.
- Create charts and graphics for client presentations.
- Gather data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- Current college or university junior status, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Permanent US work authorization. Sponsorship is not provided.
- Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
